Payment Policy
The dance session extends from September through June. The student is expected to enroll as in any other private school. There is a yearly $15.00 registration fee for each student enrolled. This fee is used to cover a portion of the time and expense of mailings, registration cards, and other printed materials. For those students who enroll before September 1st, $5.00 of this amount is applied towards your first month's tuition.
Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month. Payments made after 7:00pm on the 3rd of each month are considered late, and must included a $10.00 late payment fee.
Please make all payments by check or money order. Statements mailed only for delinquent accounts. There is no reduction or refund for holidays or classes missed, as there are some months which have an extra lesson for which you are not charged. Students may make up a class missed due to illness, by attending a class offered in another style or level within the following month.
Tuition is non-refundable, and must be paid until a written 30-day advanced notification of dismissal is received by the owner. A discount tuition plan is available to families with more than one child enrolled. Please call for details.
